Activision chose the Sony PlayStation press conference at E3 2018 to present a new trailer for Destiny 2: Forsakenthe third major content pack for Destiny 2the sequences below giving a clear picture of the direction the game’s story will take in this expansion.
It was also presented the new Gambit multiplayer game mode what will be introduced in Destiny 2: Forsaken: Two teams of four players face waves of enemies, culminating in a very powerful monster whose defeat can bring them victory.
During the match, players must collect the items left behind by the killed monsters and deposit them in their bank. Last but not least, a player can, under certain conditions, invade the space occupied by the opposing team in order to sabotage its activity. The team that succeeds in depositing the first 75 objects and defeating the monster that appeared at that moment wins.
Destiny 2: Forsaken will be available on September 4, 2018 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (exclusively via Battle.net). Destiny 2 and the first two expansions – Curse of Osiris and Warmind – are available now, in versions for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
