Warcraft fans have been looking forward to a new mobile game for a long time. And here’s what Blizzard fulfills their wish: yesterday they released the trailer for Warcraft Arclight Rumble, a single-player free-to-play strategy game, which is set to be released this year.
The game contains Warcraft thumbnails, from the “collectible” category, which players will be able to control in order to fight the negative characters from the Warcraft universe, created by Blizzard, many, many years ago.
From the description of the game in the Google Play store we find that players will have the opportunity to build armies in five already known categories: Alliance, Horde, Beast, Undead and Blackrock.
Furthermore, players can opt for single-player mode or, as the case may be, PvP battles.
Warcraft Arclight Rumble will have several distinct game modes
It should be noted that Arclight Rumble will have several game modes, including Conquest, Dungeons, Raids and Co-Op. The game includes over 60 Warcraft thumbnails and characters in total, with the ability to unlock new skills and improve your characters as you go from level to level.
The game’s website contains enough details about the upcoming Blizzard game title to give you an idea of the future; you even have the option to pre-register.
Despite this, we still don’t know what the official release date for Warcraft Arclight Rumble will be, but as we mentioned before, the game will be available this year, without a doubt.
As PC Gamer noted at one point, the Shadowlands expansion had a number of issues that created discontent among devoted World of Warcraft fans. What’s more, this company is “fighting” at the moment, with a series of lawsuits related to the alleged harassment of employees at work. So, it can be said that the giant has some “weights” related to the legs, at present. It remains to be seen how he will overcome the obstacles and whether he will be able to move to the “next level”.
